About Chieftain

2 to 5 Years

About me

Chieftain is a handsome ex-racing greyhound who can be a little shy at first but will make friends quickly. He is a gentle giant who enjoys company but is not overly fond of lots of rubs and cuddles. He just prefers to chill out!

Type of home needed

Chieftain is looking for a quiet home where he can enjoy his retirement. He could potentially share a home with another dog but being an ex-racer, he would be unsuitable for very small dogs or cats as he might chase them. He will need to wear a muzzle and to stay on lead in public. He can live with children aged 10 and older if they don't overhandle him.
