Meet Sprinkles, a gentle little dog who is ready to find a family of his very own. He could live with gentle and respectful teenagers aged 14 years and over who will understand that friendships with Sprinkles are built on patience and allowing him to come to them in his own time. A home with a very secure garden is essential, giving Sprinkles a safe place to practise wearing a collar and lead while he builds his confidence before venturing further afield. His new family will also need to continue his confidence training using positive, reward based methods to help him discover that the world can be a wonderful place. Sprinkles truly comes into his own when he has a confident canine companion by his side. He takes reassurance from other dogs and enjoys following their lead, so he will need to live with a friendly, confident resident dog. Sprinkles could also be rehomed alongside one of his more confident friends, allowing them to start their new adventures together. With time, patience and plenty of love, Sprinkles has all the potential to blossom into a loyal and devoted companion.
