Santa Paws is coming to town!

Can you help fill Santa’s sleigh with toys for dogs?

Christmas is coming, and our dogs have a very important item on their wish list…

TOYS! 🐾🎁

Every year, Santa Paws Day gives the dogs in our care a little extra Christmas magic, and we need your help to make sure Santa’s sleigh is overflowing with exciting toys for them to discover.

From squeaky toys to treat-filled favourites, tough toys to cuddly ones, we’re looking for dog toys of all shapes and sizes.

Because every dog is different, the more variety, the better!

📆The closing date for toy donations is November 13th.

What’s on the dogs’ wish list?

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to toys. Some dogs love to squeak, some love to chew, some love to snuggle, and some would happily spend all day working out how to get a tasty treat from a toy!

Our favourites include:

🦴 Tough & durable toys - For dogs who like to put their toys through their paces.

🥜 Food-filled toys - Perfect for keeping clever paws and curious noses busy.

📣 Squeaky toys - Because sometimes Christmas just needs a little more squeaking.

🧸 Hardwearing soft toys - For dogs who prefer something soft and cuddly, but still need something that can withstand a bit of enthusiastic play.

✨ And everything in between - We'd especially love a mixture of different toys, as every dog has their own personality and preferences. Having lots of different options means we can find something that each dog really enjoys.

A little note from Santa’s elves…

We’re incredibly grateful for every donation, but there are a couple of things we have plenty of already.

🚫 No tennis balls, please! A very kind tennis club regularly donates tennis balls to us, so our supply is well and truly covered. 💛

🚫 Children’s toys and stuffed teddy bears. For safety reasons, we can no longer accept children's toys or stuffed teddies.

But stuffed dog toys are absolutely welcome! 🧸🐶 So if you’re doing a little Christmas shopping for the dogs, please make sure your gifts are specifically designed for dogs.

Every toy makes a difference 💛

For the dogs spending Christmas in our care, a new toy can mean fun, comfort, happiness and a little bit of Christmas magic ✨
