Chewbaka-affectionately known as Chewie-is a very loving, giddy young lurcher whos ready to make up for lost time. Having spent much of his adolescence in kennels, Chewie forms incredibly strong bonds with his people and greets you with full-body wiggles and pure excitement just from hearing your voice. His joy is contagious! After getting his zoomies out in a secure space, he walks beautifully on lead and is happy and comfortable wearing his muzzle on walks. Food and treats are a big hit with Chewie, but the true key to his heart? Squeaky rubber pig toys! He also loves a mental challenge and really enjoys brain games and puzzle feeders that get him thinking. Chewie is a clever boy who has already made great progress with his training and genuinely loves learning new things. He enjoys playing with other dogs and can happily share walks with those who match his giddy, playful style. At home, though, Chewie would like to be the centre of attention as your only pet. Hes hoping for an adult-only home with people who are keen to continue his training, give him the guidance he needs, and of course keep him well supplied with squeaky pigs. Chewie will need some help settling into home life and will benefit from having time alone built up gradually. In return, youll get a deeply loving and joyful companion whos ready to give his whole heart to his people.
