He's still learning how to channel his excitement into calmer greetings, so ongoing training and patience will be key. This clever boy thrives on adventure and loves nothing more than using his nose to explore the world on walks. Treats are a firm favourite, which makes training fun and rewarding for both of you. Wizard is looking for a home with adults or older teenagers, where he can be the only pet. He's made great progress with managing his feelings around other dogs but still prefers to keep his distance. Continued support and positive reinforcement will help him keep improving. As a Patterdale cross, Wizard has lots of energy and will need adopters who are committed to giving him both physical exercise and mental stimulation.
