Meet Carrie, a bright and beautiful six month old husky lurcher cross who is ready to find her perfect family. Carrie is a sweet and affectionate young lady once she has had a little time to size you up. Give her a few quiet minutes and her loving nature soon begins to shine. New experiences can make her a bit unsure at first, so she will benefit from gentle guidance as she settles into her new home. She is still very young and will need ongoing training to help her grow through adolescence and into adulthood as the very best version of herself. Carrie will need a fully secure garden where she can explore safely and stretch her long legs. She can live with kind, gentle children aged ten and above who understand when she needs her own space and who can enjoy her bursts of playful puppy enthusiasm. She may also be able to live with another calm, steady dog who can happily share their home with a bouncy youngster. Carrie is a wonderful girl with heaps of potential. With patience, kindness, and a loving home, she will blossom into a loyal and joyful companion. Could you be the one to help her start her next big adventure?

Now you've decided that you're ready to welcome a new furry friend in your life, it's time to meet the dogs available for adoption.

You can search for a dog based on your location and lifestyle. We have dogs available for adoption across the whole of Ireland. While some dogs are based at our rehoming centre in Dublin, many of our dogs live all over Ireland with foster carers or their current owners until they can find their forever homes. The best way to find out how you can meet them is to fill out an application.

If you are hoping to adopt a puppy, we're happy to discuss this as part of the application process. Please bear in mind that we don’t usually add their rehoming profiles to our website as puppies grow and change in appearance so quickly.
