Frida is a beautiful girl who can be a little aloof at first but once she has chosen you as her person, she will shower you with love and affection. She forms attachments quickly and will develop a very strong bond with her chosen people. Although quite confident out and about, she can be easily overwhelmed in a new environment. She will need a patient adopter who will allow her plenty of time to adjust to her new surroundings at it may take her quite some time to settle in a new home. She would benefit from a busy household where there is usually someone around to keep her company. She will need to be the only pet in the home as she will want all your love and affection to herself. She does not like to share! An active family with an interest in training would be perfect for her. Frida will need an adult only home without any other pets so she can be the centre of attention.

Now you've decided that you're ready to welcome a new furry friend in your life, it's time to meet the dogs available for adoption.

You can search for a dog based on your location and lifestyle. We have dogs available for adoption across the whole of Ireland. While some dogs are based at our rehoming centre in Dublin, many of our dogs live all over Ireland with foster carers or their current owners until they can find their forever homes. The best way to find out how you can meet them is to fill out an application.

If you are hoping to adopt a puppy, we're happy to discuss this as part of the application process. Please bear in mind that we don’t usually add their rehoming profiles to our website as puppies grow and change in appearance so quickly.
