Your lasting legacy can save lives!
Are you putting off the vital process of making a will?
During Best Will in the World Week, from Monday 20th - 24th October, you can avail of a will consultation with participating solicitors for just €50 - a list of participating solicitors can be found by clicking here.
We would also like to encourage you to consider leaving a gift to your favourite charity in your will and pass on an ever-lasting gift when you are gone.
Visit the My Legacy website for more information!
What your legacy means to us:
Dogs Trust receives no government funding and we are entirely reliant upon the generosity of our kind supporters.
This generosity helps us to give food, bedding, veterinary care and TLC to the dogs living at our rehoming centre as well as funding our education and neutering programmes to make sure dogs all over Ireland have the good life they deserve.
Your act of kindness is literally a gift of life to hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of vulnerable dogs that tragically might otherwise be destroyed. It will cost you nothing in your lifetime but from €100 to €100,000, every donation to Dogs Trust is greatly appreciated and will help to save dogs' lives.
Whether it’s helping to build a new rehoming centre or providing routine vaccinations to keep dogs healthy, every legacy we receive is extremely important to us.
Who’ll look after your dog when you’re gone?
Have you heard about our Canine Care Card?
Our Canine Care Card scheme ensures a safe and happy future for your faithful friend should you pass away first. We promise that if anything happens to you, we will take your dog into our care and we will provide them with the TLC they deserve. We will endeavour to find your dog (or dogs) a suitable new owner who will continue to give them all of the love and attention that you currently do. At Dogs Trust we never destroy a healthy dog, so in the unlikely event that we cannot find your dog a home you can rest assured that we will look after your dog for the rest of its life.
