What is Rehoming?
Thousands of dogs are handed to us every year – from cute puppies to character older citizens. Rehoming is about giving them a new start, with a new family who can offer them the love and attention they deserve.
The Dogs Trust Guide to choosing the right dog for you
By getting to know you, we believe we can help you find a dog that’s right for you. All our dogs are neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped before going to their new homes. Our adoption fee is €85.00. We also give you a collar and lead and six weeks’ free pet insurance. When you rehome a dog from Dogs Trust, we charge a modest adoption fee. Once you’ve adopted your dog, we’re here to support you – with training or advice – throughout your dog’s life.
At any one time we have over 100 dogs of all shapes and sizes at our Dublin Rehoming Centre awaiting new kind and loving homes. Please drop by our centre to visit and see our selection of four legged friends. Also, you can take a look at the rehoming criteria.
